Viewers can join host Chris Michael at the Sports Roundtable every week, and debate the hottest issues in local, regional and national sports. Guests include local sportswriters, coaches, athletes and announcers. Viewers are invited to call in with their questions, comments and opinions.

Take Five (New)
What can you do in five minutes?  Do the dishes, dry your hair, check emails, and so on.  At RCN TV, five minutes is enough time to give viewers the inside scoop on an amazing local organization, or how one person is making a difference in the community, or learn how to do something.  That’s Take Five – a program that offers valuable information – in just five minutes.

The Jolly Joe Timmer Show – Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. (Live)
The Jolly Joe Timmer Polka Show is the longest running Local Origination Program in the nation! It’s 90 minutes of Polka fun every week. Join our “King of Polka” live from our studio every Thursday and call in with your requests and dedications.

Cheer Up!
Cheer Up! – Producer and creator Katie McDonald provides viewers with an in-depth look at high school varsity cheerleading squads and student cheering sections throughout District XI. New episodes of this RCN exclusive premiere every February, including student interviews and never-before-seen footage from competitions and games.
